brewster coffee shop on cape cod. went there every day of my vacation for a burger and overheard at least 15 people say it was the best they'd had.

Last night's Five Guys burger was great. The fries were so awesome... I want to get them again today but I think it's been like 4 days in a row. Another day and my heart will stop beating.

Do they use applewood bacon?

blue 9 is also pretty good

Love Shake Shack, but if you ask me, Blue 9's a failed attempt at replicating an In N Out burger.

Just had the Father's Office burger when I was in Socal recently, and I'm gonna have to put that in my top 5 of all-time. The bacon compote puts it over the top.

I enjoy something different: 1lb of 96/4 extra lean ground beef an two whole wheat buns with cheddar. Just simple salt and pepper with ketchup.

Exactly. I really don't get the Five Guys hype either. I've eaten there a few times in DC.
All that aside though, some friends and I just invested in a local franchise.

I still think Chef Geoff's in downtown DC or El Cap's in St. Petersburg, FL have the best burgers.

They've actually just opened a 5 Guys burger here in LA. While it was "ok", I don't think it deserves the praise it deserves (well, I'm just not a fast food fan).

It was 9 dollars for a drink, fries and burger!!!!
