False. Quite a few people have an almost irrational antipathy to Tim Hortons. This could backfire.

I was just joking about the Tim's gift certificates. As a US citizen whose Mom hails from Labrador, I always grab Tim's in Deer Lake before I head up to Labrador.

Gap would always be good, too.

should post your budget per employee. hockey tickets can be pricey.

for small amounts, tim horton's (coffee, donuts) gift cards are always fine, or even loblaws (supermarket). that would be the practical suggestion.

the bay (a dept store) would also be an okay idea. chapters is also okay.

Said Yank has family roots in Labrador, so I guess I am making this joke against myself, too.

Nope, my Mom grew up in a town up there, and Grandparents still live there. Beautiful area, if not desolate.
