^^good stuff, very well put together. Usually Im not a fan of the "italian" vibe (white pants, suede chukkas etc) but works well here. However, the pants could use a longer rise...

I'm not very fond of those quilted jackets but the fit is still very solid, PG. I never considered white pants for myself until recently, when I've been jonesing over a pair of reasonably priced mid-weight white cotton pants for a few days now. Kinda very broke so I really shouldn't spend any moniez on clothing I'll barely wear but still... Anyway, you wear them well. Thumbs up.

You're going to feel like that the first time you work out. I would skip the rows for now as it is considered more of a cardio exercise and you want to avoid cardio at this point. Its getting you winded before you even hit the weights which is a bad thing because you want to devote more energy for weight training.

Skip the planks and curls. there are more effective exercises, but if you insist on curls, make sure your form is completely perfect, or close to perfect (no swinging, i personally try to keep my elbows tucked and prevent them from moving too much). I would start out doing the olympics lifts now, except for the clean. Dead, bench and squat low weights. Before long, you'll get to a nicer fuller body.

If you row at about an 18-20 stroke rate, you shouldn't get too winded.

You also seem to have pretty small feet which make the rounded doc martens look a bit too small on you (though I assume they are the right size), maybe try a different shoe with a bit more length with the same fit around the ball of the foot.

Aside from the glasses which I can relate to as being a burden, a nice haircut would probably go toe and toe with a new pair of glasses (can keep the beard/mustache course, just clean it up a bit).

Interesting textures don't always need to be present. It looks fine. I think the doc martens are fine and it's just the color black that creates a loss of depth in the picture.

I can't believe no one has mentioned it, but sexandcandy's stacks are too perfect from the side. Does not look right. Oddly enough, they are a bit less perfect from the front.

Looks good. Isn't it hot in LV by now, too hot for a jacket?
