Wilson & Willy's / Rubato / Stoffa / C&J
There's a name I haven't heard in a while - man I miss that store. RIP.
This is not really my style (for full disclosure!) but I came here to comment that the cut of those strides is exponentially, infinitely, by vast orders of magnitude better than those ‘Mom jeans’ you've posted pics of in the past. They also make you look much slimmer, as well as contributing to an overall more flattering silhouette. This is definitely the way to go for you.A pretty casual fit while I went to try some things on. Inis Meain / J. Crew / Bonobos / Anonymousism / Meermin. The loafers aren't the optimal shoe here, but I didn't want to deal with my bucks while I tried sneakers on.

That jacket is awesome. Love the pockets, buttons and lapped seems. Where from? I don't think it's the best with this dark pants and sweater though. Way too much contrast and also the wrong color temperature.Morning gents. Excuse the urban decay.

Tell us about this jacket!
It's James Grose's version of the RAF Irvin - it's much softer and lighter than many B3s I've seen. Definitely not meant to be an exact repro but something that is on the lighter side, comfortable and warm enough to wear with a lot of things.Tell us about this jacket!
I’ve had a thing for a B3 / Irvin for ages but it would likely get worn once every couple of years in my current life. I know there’s a vast variance in the quality of these from cheap knock offs to precise replicas and Ralph Lauren / Lux Designer brand versions.
Unfortunately as much as I like ‘em I just can’t justify sinking a load of dough into a jacket that would hang in the closet year on year. I have an A-2 bought in 1989 which I love and is still in great shape but sees very rare use since I moved to FL.

I think a white shirt would have worked with the jacket and pants.Thanks. It's Lord and Taylor. Ebay find.
I've tried to grasp the warm/cool color wheel concept and I have yet to master it. I guess until it becomes intuitive to me I'll continue to violate those rules. When I've seen charcoal slacks paired with a camel jacket (or coat) in the past I thought it looked good. Appreciate the feedback.
