I'm in the market for a new wallet any brand/style suggestions?

I have my eye on a Paul Smith card case but cant decide if the price justifies the cost. I've also had my eye on a jean shop large in natural.

I'm assuming they're junk quality but I only want 2-3 years use out of them. Otherwise a similar recommendation? (keep it under $150 please)

I just noticed you said 2-3 years.

I am overly hard on shoes but theres NO way these shoes last 2-3 years even in very very light rotation. I'd be very happy if they lasted me a year, especially at $50. I wouldn't be shocked if the disintegrated at 6 months.

Oh it's a bit of a crap shoot I agree but I have handled those shoes, I would decimate those in under 6 months if I wore them more than once a week. The soles are like paper. I'd be surprised if they weren't 100% glued soles.

Still like the look a lot.

I always am just surprised when forum members talking about clothes falling apart or disintegrating. I'm not sure i've seen any of my clothes really do that. I'm sure linen shoes in general won't be good for daily city commuting beaters. I'd love to pick up a pair but i just don't need it. Which sucks because i like buying cool stuff i'd occasionally wear anyways

I'm super rough on shoes so I don't expect them to hold up. I don't buy shoes because I have some shoe obsession, I do it because if I don't do a heavy rotation, my shoes won't last. Even swapping out different shoes almost every day of the week, I can still wear down a pair of Chucks in well under a year. I've tossed three pair in the last two years and I was working in dress clothes 4 days a week for a good part of that. Getting laid off probably saved my Church's from a quick grave.

+1. I have had mine since 06, and aside from the soles/laces the navy leather looks the same as it did back then with TONS of wear.

I have a job that on the surface requires business casual, but realistically it is simply anti-bluejean. It is a little dirty and items worn to work need to be set aside for work.

It is also somewhat active with a reasonable amount of lifting, squatting, and sitting down / standing up. This wrecks havoc on things like slim, soft pants and trousers. I have a pair of BDG skinny chinos that fit rather well, but I'm knee bagging the **** outta them with only one day of wear.

The solution I've begun to settle on are tough ******* khaki's. I've actually been wearing a pair of STF Khaki 501's for months now, but I have the usual problems with 501's... I can't fill the ass or thighs at all. I don't want cargo pants with lots of extra pockets and loops, they need to be fairly clean.

Where else can I go for tough, thick, slim, and modern pants? Maybe $100. $150 if they are amazing. I'm down for non-khaki colors, too. I actually had asked about color pack 501's earlier, thinking I could size down and stretch the **** out of the waist. If they are denim, they just need overdyed or weft dyed (I believe those are the right terms).

Thanks for any help.

Band of Outsiders.

Dickies and Carhartt are not close to what I am looking for. I'm looking for something like the Crate Route Chinos, but those are completely sold out if I read the thread right.

My black chucks are now officially not wearable due to them falling apart. I want to replace them with something like them, but not Converse brand. I've seen some Tretorn ones that look pretty cool, but I am sure you guys know of some other cool ones. I'd like to keep it in the <$100 range.

They're out of your price range, but if that's flexible maybe the canvas KMW 1980s would fit the bill?
