Do you have any sizing advice for a normal medium? The shoulder to cuff measurements they have listed look quite short.

I take a size 40 as someone who's in between 38 and 40. The measurements on the site are largely accurate. I just measured and shoulder seam to cuff on mine is like 22.5", which would be short but it's a dropped shoulder so since the seam goes onto the upper arm, the total sleeve length is normal on me (~24.5")
