So, the archive sale’s likely to be on Thursday, right? They usually are.

Those of you that returned items from the archive sale, how long did it take you to get your refund? I shipped items back about five weeks ago and still haven't heard from Drake's.

That's far too long. You should email Drakes Delivery and Returns and probably also call the store to which you returned your items.

I am on the same boat, but I’ve found they usually take a while and eventually they do refund me.

If you used USPS, they were having delays. I emailed [email protected] and then a few days later called the NY store after no response - my returned item reached them on Jan 8, no refund till feb 8. They said they’ll look into it. Got my refund and a 10% off code the next day.

Yea, over a month for my return so far. I emailed once, they said it was delayed with a third party shipper. I actually just emailed them again a few days ago, but haven't gotten a response yet.

For Drake's tailoring (i.e. it's more formal tailoring - not the unstructured Game jackets), is the consensus that it's somewhat shapeless? Looking at a sport coat, but their pics don't really capture silhouette that well imo.

I highly recommend only ordering something you know you want and you know fits in the Archive sale. Dealing with the archive sale customer service is not ideal.
