Yes, wide fit (G).
All cap toes from Vass get cap creasing. Inner toe puff is shorter than outer cap.

I have four. Half o them have creases at the toe cap. But it doesn't bother me at all.

You need 2 pairs.
Seriously though, instead of a wider shoe, why not try sizing up 1/2 a size. the toe cap will likely not crease there and the width will be equal.

I've tried that route. Not influencing creasing on toe cap. The toe puff is shorter than the the toe cap. The shoe will bend and hence crease where the puff ends.
Besides, I need the wider fit, but I do not need a longer shoe. Makes no sence to size up in narrower fit.
I have no problems with the slight toe cap crease anyway.

That's a really bad advice. If anything you should size down in length and go up in width, since in those cases that the cap and stiffener creases when it shouldn't (not Vass I'm talking about, like Swede says the inner puff is shorter than the outer cap, all my Vass and many other brands who use short puffs crease like that. Toe cap is one thing, toe puff/stiffener is another thing) it's most often because the shoe is too long.

I haven't received the shoes yet but hopefully they look good in person. I also bought a ton of tongue pads and different insoles so hopefully I can make the fit work.

@Namor, I didn't specify anything about the soles. I think they decided it looks better with a lighter edge trim and just did it. I just made sure they were single since they were my first order and I didn't want to tip over because of balance issues .

If yes, what does their UK sizing correspond to? In other words, does their UK8 = US8.5 or US9? Does it equal Euro 42?
