Wire transferring is really easy. Took about 5 minutes, just fill out a form online with my bank and send it.

Not so of all banks. Mine requires attendance at a branch to send funds by wire. Then, notwithstanding that it is theoretically an electronic transfer, it can still take 2-3 days for the money to actually land in the recipient's account. And that's for Canada to the US - I've had it take longer for Europe and Australia.

Compare that with about 5 clicks of the mouse and maybe10 keystrokes to send Paypal. I hate wire transfers.

My bank also requires an in-person visit for electronic wire transfer. It was an inconvenience, and I didn't like the additional bank fee for the transfer, but I'll do it again, assuming the shoes are as nice as everyone says. My first order should be done in a couple of weeks.

These were delivered today, Austerity Brogues in New Gold Museum Calf on U-last. Love the color, a bit darker than I expected (thought the leather seemed a bit lighter on Rogers pics) which is perfect for me. This was pretty much the last pieces of the leather that Vass had, so glad I got to snap these, since we're not sure when Vass gets their new museum calf versions delivered from their new supplier.

What cream//wax do you use for museum calf? Because wouldn't it even out and ruin the 'misty' effect of the leather?

I'm assuming neutral, but I've heard bad things about neutral polish (I may be mid remembering though)
