I tried on a pair of those today. Nice jeans, but I have sturdy legs; good for football, not so much for wearing skinny jeans.

Once I dragged a friend to a thrift. He was already weary of the whole thing, then I mentioned that alot of this **** belonged to dead people. Didnt touch another thing.

Many, many times. Generally because of a moth hole or something.

A couple of weeks ago I was twinkle toes allover the thrift store when I found a great chalkstripe Oxxford suit only to discover the back of the previous owner's desk chair was a cheese grater... man, the back of that jacket was a wreck, just glad I saw it.

Today I found brown J&M Aristocraft captoes in a 9.5 EEE - but I passed because they were too wide. Also found a vintage BB woman's chesterfield in PERFECT condition for $20, but unfortunately far too large for my wife. But then, I spotted them. Longwings! Grabbed them, checks the size - 9.5D - Florsheim Imperials!

The uppers are not creased at all, nor are the soles even remotely flexible. After a polish, these are gonna look brand new. Total price - $3.45.

Picked up a pair of John Lobb captoes. I guess they're bespoke. The insole has the three seals and the bottom of the soles say LOBB. There are no size markings or anything.

As you can see, they've been resoled. The new heel and sole have a good amount of wear left in them. The uppers in good, but not excellent condition. The shoes measure about 11.75" long by 4.25" wide.

I'd like to trade them for size 12-13 shoes or boots, or a slim navy or gray sports coat in 40L-42L.
