Putting this back up

FS: SAMPLE - Aero Double Rider in Black Melton Wool - Size 40 (Missing Belt)

Grabbed this from Epaulet a few months back. I've worn it once for a few hours and It's a bit big on me (need a 38), so would love to pass it on for what I paid for it. It's a black 21oz melton wool with the black/white checkerboard lining.

Price: $300 shipped (disclaimer: I paid $250, the $300 is a round number that covers shipping + PayPal fees)

Navy Dragoni Cotton Teba (Size 37). Wore a handful of times but just sits in the closet. Looking for $100 shipped CONUS. Sorry for bad lighting, it's cloudy today.

olive green moleskin overshirt. XL - i’m getting ~19” shoulder, ~23.5” p2p, ~21” at second button from bottom, and ~30” bottom collar to bottom jacket. for comparison - i take an XXL in IS, and this overshirt fits great (but not loose). @Epaulet was way ahead of the current shacket/overshirt scenius with this ca. 2014 piece. great details here —- elbow pads, cutaway collar, tonal buttons, straight hem and side vents. loaded up on a couple of tony s. pieces this fall, so unwinding legacy kit. excellent condition save some closet rash where it was pinched in a spot on the upper left arm (the image sort of pics it up). moleskin is comfy AF. $85 shipped CONUS.

also this pair hertling slate (?) blue hopsack walts, size 36, hemmed to 31” w/ 2” cloth under hem. spring summer weight, luxe hand. exc to as new condition. also $85 shipped CONUS. (as usual, the iphone is s#%^ at picking up the gobsmack quality of the blue IRL).

That overshirt was the best! It’s a legacy piece from the sadly departed New England Shirt Company

Off topic of B-S-T but I heard somewhere that NESC was now in the process of reopening the factory after the flood damage?

Oh wow, that would be great news! I haven't heard anything of it though. It was totally heartbreaking when they closed. I've been to that factory many times, and those jobs were sorely needed. By the end days, Unionmade was their number one customer, and it would be tough to replace that volume.

Quincy Overcoat
Size 43
Salt and pepper Tweed (i think, can’t remember
$350 shipped

please read full description!

Chest 23.25”
Shoulder 19.5”
Sleeve length 26”
Length (bottom of collar to bottom) 37.5”

Up for sale is my Quincy Overcoat. I absolutely love this coat but unfortunately it’s always been a bit too snug for me. It is a salt and pepper tweed with blonde buttons. It was worn a handful of times and in great condition.

I have priced this very cheap mainly because of the one sleeve. The sleeves initially came a little to long so I had a tailor shorten them. They ended up going too short and for some reason trimmed the excess fabric when they shortened it. I don’t know why they would do this but it made lengthening the sleeve back down a bit of a challenge. The end result is you wouldn’t be able to make the sleeves any longer and the lining inside the one sleeve goes all the way to the edge of the sleeve. It’s a little wonky to be honest but doesn’t affect the coat or the wearability. It’s is basically unnoticed but totally worth mentioning. If you have any question don’t hesitate to reach out.

Amazing coat in one of the best fabrics that Southwick ever offered. The Quincy runs small, so this size 43 will work nicely for any guys who typically wear a 42 or XL in our stuff

Totally agree on all fronts with regards to the fabric as well as the sizing advice.

Selling a couple pair of staple wool trousers in the Taylor fit, size 32. Inseam from crotch seam to bottom of cuff measures about 26.5 inches, with 2 inch cuffs. Grey has another inch inside the leg and brown has another 3/4 inch or so, so they can be let down a few inches. I am 5'7" and had them hemmed a little short. Otherwise are standard size 32. They have never been worn. I just never need to wear dressier wool pants, so hoping these will see some use elsewhere. These were from a Hertling EFF in Nov. 2016. The fabric colors are "medium gray" and "copper sand dress pique". They retailed for $185.00 each then, looking to move them so asking $75.00 each shipped to the CONUS. I'll do both for $130.00.
