Another question for my fellow forum members.

My calf LHS always had this weird wrinkles right above the heel, ever since I got them a few years ago. On both pairs, on the inside part. I have used them, polished regularly and kept them with shoe trees on. Nothing seems to do much for these wrinkles. The photo was taken after a polishing session with Renovateur + Creme 1925.

Any ideas? Product build up maybe? Or just normal? I'm thinking this was caused when these shoes were made, from the way the upper was stretched over the last... but just my uneducated guess.
