UNIFORM LA CHILLICOTHE WORK JACKET Drop, going on right now.
Uniform LA's Chillicothe Work Jacket is an elevated take on the classic Detroit Work Jacket. Made of ultra-premium 14-ounce Japanese canvas, it has been meticulously washed and hand distressed to replicate vintage workwear that’s been worn for years, and available in three colors.
This just dropped today. If you missed out on the preorder, there are some sizes left, but they won't be around for long. Check out the remaining stock here
Good luck!.

+1. At work the other day I was having a collar roll discussion and he's also having trouble finding shirts that produce a nice roll.
I am using that collar/roll as a sample for the shirts I want to make.
I scored a couple of the O'connell's NOS brooks OCBD shirts (which are currently at my tailors being re-cut). I'm not all that impressed with the collar roll but I will post picks when they're wearable.
Yeah, it seems that although the forum idealizes unlined collars, the real thing gets a cool reception. I think people actually prefer the body and smooth curves of an interfaced collar.
An unlined collar produced a very, very nice roll if done right. I should take some photos of my Mercer shirts. Current BB and BBBF collars pale infront of my Mercer collars.
I've heard a lot of good things about Mercer--I'm tempted to buy one just so I can... draw inspiration from... the collar.
