Nice suit overall. The jacket is about an inch short to my liking but more power to you if thats the looks you went for

Finally i took a photo of my first tailored suit from Sammys Tailor Mody Road in Hong Kong I posted more photos in the tailor thread.:

The jacket was 1 inch longer when I went for my first fitting, but I asked them to make it shorter. In my eyes it still looks long, I still have to get used wearing a "classic" suit and not a modern (shorter) fit. Anyway thanks for the comments.

A question that hasn't been addressed in the last few pages...

Has anyone used any of the HK tailors for more casual non-wool suits? I've got this strange desire to have a 3-piece corduroy suit, and will probably want a seersucker one once the weather starts warming up. I've been to Chan and Yao before for wool suits and of course the quality has been great but I'm a bit hesitant to pay their workmanship costs for a couple of fun / casual suits. Any recommendations?

Hey guys, been a long time lurker on this forum and I've really enjoyed all the advise people have given. Was wondering if anyone has heard of Banz Custom Tailor in Houston Centre, East TST? A friend that lives in HK has recommended them but I can't find anything on them on any forum. I'm planning on visiting them along with Peter Lee and Simpson Tailor when I come to HK. Thanks!

I'm looking to get my first MTM suit from TCNY in Hong Kong on Wellingtong st.

Wanted to see if any members here had any experience with their work.

The shopped looked nice and the RTW pieces looked very good. The two guys that run it are part of the Chang family and affiliated to Ascot Chang. The cuts look more modern as well.

Any opinions or perspective would be appreciated.

Just went to TCNY today. Their suit starts at 5,000 to 10,000 HKD.

$5000 suits are with fabrics that are made in Asia. $7800 with Italian fabrics (forgot the name of the mill).$10,000 for frabics from Loro Piana. At this time it takes at least 3 weeks to make a suit.
