anyone use their MTM service at one of the NYC stores? Any recommendations on who to make an appointment with?

My camel coat arrived yesterday too. The material is supernice, but while the fit in the shoulders is nice, the coat hugs me way too tightly around the waist and also chest..
Gonna take it to the tailor to see if letting it out along the back or side seams would work.
I have exactly the same. The bleecker model (the blue DB coat) has slightly more room in these areas and fits me perfectly. Also that fabric is lighter compared to the camel coat so it is a bit more forgiving. I don't want to spend additional money on tailoring the camel coat to get it right if possible at all. Small guys with a slim waistline move to the front and buy the coat from me or I'll return it to the store shortly!
Might need to switch to the Bleecker cut then.I have exactly the same. The bleecker model (the blue DB coat) has slightly more room in these areas and fits me perfectly. Simply stunning .. Better than a Men collection by a mile, IMO ..
A lot of synthetic or man made fabrics in the womens collection.
