I remember some people said they used Whatsapp to order an item that was not available in their country and it worked? How does that work? What did you have to do?

I changed my location to France and UK and they both have a pre-order shirt and suit that I want. It's not yet available in Canada.

I can't speak to all their mechanisms but one very helpful customer service rep was able to get me a sold out piece by shipping it from a physical store somewhere that had it in stock still. Other times though they haven't been able to help at all even when the US site has plenty of stock and its all sold out over this side. Just jump on whatsapp, ask customer service and cross your fingers.

Thank you, I cannot locate the model online any more, do you have any idea how much this typically retails for?

Found the link to that model: http://us.suitsupply.com/en_US/jackets?oosPid=C489I

Most likely retailed for $399 here in the states, looks like it was in the outlet, at which point it probably sold for anywhere from $200-$250.

Adding this Madison to the collection. Such a nice color. I love deal hunting on eBay. Found a few great suits for steals.

There is a 40L wool/cashmere Washington on eBay for $70 shipped. I feel like it is would duplicate my wool/silk/linen Washington but at that price it almost seems like a no brainer.

Not trying to spend money but damn!

I had a suitsupply blazer where the tailor had to take in the sleeve length from the shoulder. After (and after a slight complication), the jacket fits great...when my arms are at my side. When I lift my arms, the jacket gets too tight. so, shaking hands and the jacket starts to feel tight, lifting both arms to give a hug and the jacket feels like the seams are about to rip. It was not like this prior to tailoring. Can anything be done?

Your wool/silk/linen is more of a spring/summer jacket. Wool/cashmere is an extremely warm fall/winter fabric. YMMV depending on location of residence.
