Thanks! I picked out the boot, it was really just an opportunity to splurge on a boot with the guise that it was a birthday gift. I'm happy with it for sure, totally over-engineered for what its use case will be, but a sweet boot nonetheless. My only hang up and I think it might be StC in general is that I've found their instep to be inconsistent for the same size. I take a 9F and the fit is typically incredible, but on this boot and another the instep is a tad too high and that is a little annoying.

Specs are as follows

MOD 621 with reverse skin stitch and full below tongue
BIS 078 shaft and VNA 078 uppers
Classic last
NVALL10 sole (360 degree norvegese and 10mm leather sole) + vibram explosion half sole and heel + lulu tips

How's the fit with the custom last, did they nail it?

I think it's excellent. We did two trial shoes and ended up going a full size down and wider with the second shoe. I was impressed how Philip was able to identify the issues over email.
