Lu Yang shoes appreciation thread

How do you communicate the fit with him? I thought he usually cut the shoe open, etc.

I believe he would if the fitting were done in person. I've also read about one customer cutting open the trial shoes himself to show Lu Yang. The first fitting isn't yet complete, I need to send him a couple clear videos for him to evaluate and possibly another Zoom video fitting session. Other than that, I just communicated what fit issues I personally felt needed to be addressed.
