Giuseppe Rossi is probably the most boring, least informative soccer commentator I've ever listened to. Gods, he's a professional? And listening to him speak, he definitely should have played for the US.

ESPN. It's him, Alexi Lalas, Michael Ballack, and Bob Ley.

Ley doesn't know anything about the sport, but that's to be expected.

Lalas has some knowledge but is obnoxious.

Ballack clearly knows the most and is (unintentionally) the most entertaining.

Rossi is so bland, though, it's criminal. Won't commit to anything, presumably for fear of offending someone.

Ballack needs to borrow some of the obnoxiousness of Lalas. His monotone kills me. Ley doesn't need to know anything about the sport to do his job.

Torres was only on for about 15 minutes. Balotelli had 1 shot in the 60 or so minutes he was on.

Torres was actually pretty good. Still can't finish for whatever reason, but his positioning and movement is still quite amazing.

Lalas is actually very smart he is just a pompous ass. Ballack sounds like Arnold so he is funny because he sounds like a Football commnetator doing a terminator impression.
