So, in reality, what outfit did you wear most often this summer?

Please post pics if the outfit description is not obvious...

I got a TON of mileage from a BR short sleeve blue gingham shirt (perfect trim-fit) and BR brown linen pants. 2 absolute workhorses.

I most often wore my Cheaneys boots with the linen pants, to maintain some dressy edge. Easily, my most used shoe in the collection

Them boots look decidedly heavy and wintery when combined with your other items. Don't you have any bucks, driving mocs or something a bit more seasonal?

And you're a low IQ OCD **** who uses the same jokes for 2 years.
Way to derail a thread that had some potential.
Get some new material, you ugly short little troll.

Irony.

Okay, so what exactly is the material that stacks the heel? Seriously. it's not plastic, nor metal so a natural composition like wood isn't a dumb guess.

...Ill put it back on track.

I got the most milage out of both my Panta purchases, both the pants and green shantung tie shown here. Really glad I got those, thanks again, Ed.

God I wish I could wear boots where I was. Too hot for anything here.

Ich, they may just appear that way, but the boots aren't any hotter than another pair of shoes.
They are not insulated like work boots, it's just a pair of enclosed leather shoes (as are mocs)
I almost wish I didn't post the boots, but they've distracted from the main topic.

Edit: forget it. I'm not getting into a pissing match with Reevolving. I wouldn't want to end up in a dreaded fit battle with him.

For an actual on topic response - BB Madras shirt and mabitex trou, all summer, with boat shoes.

+1 And like you i wore those exact same boots loads and still am, wore them only yesterday at kids football game. Agree with you in as much as they really are just like wearing a pair of brogues.

Luft, were the pants wool or cotton? What color?

Spoo, those are some pretty big lapels. What year is the jacket.

I guess I really meant "What did you wear outside of work?"

Abaca and linen.
