Adjatay, by The Different Company.

I got a decant of this to try it out. To me it’s tuberose and leather. I usually don’t like leather fragrances on me, but I like this. I can’t decide if it’s something I’d like to wear, or something I’d like to smell on someone else, as the tuberose is very strong and I can’t help but feel it’s more feminine.

I say go for it. Just my two cents.

This combo I only wear when its 'special' and its euphoric. I wore this last night out to dinner.

Trying out a small decant of Frederic Malle’s Monsieur.

Let’s just say it is not appreciated by my company. The initial few minutes were so medicinal and harsh. It’s died down and become enjoyable for its novelty. Not nearly the best patchouli I’ve tried so I think this will be a brief experiment.

Serge Lutens Fille en Aiguilles. So good. Smoke, pine, dried fruit. Delicious. And such a nice change from Malle’s Monsieur!

Vintage (Cosmair) Polo Green EDT. Pine, herbaceous forest floor, oakmoss, leather and tobacco. Timeless. I've been wearing this since about 1980 and it hasn't gotten old (or dated) yet.

That's definitely not an easy one to wear. I like it and own it, but it's not one that I reach for very often.

Today is Louis Vuitton Ombre Nomade.
