Casual outerwear styled over tailoring in the Italian way. A grey Donegal suit is a great choice for this time of the year when you need technical outerwear and rubber sole shoes to survive the harsh weather. Not to mention it has a great character on its own too. We paired it with Loro Piana’s iconic Voyager jacket. We love the combination of the sturdy covert wool outer and the ultrasoft cashmere inside lining. The Kiton suede brogues finish off this suited ensemble in true Italian style.

A grey suit doesn't necessarily need to be dull or business-like. Take this plaid flannel model from d’Avenza, a rakish day suit for this time of the year. Looks great with a tie for work or layered over a “dolcevita” at the weekend.

This herringbone topcoat from d'Avenza is as classic as it gets. Goes well with most type suits, even with this wonderful plaid flannel model from Cesare Attolini. A distinguished look for the sartorial aficionado.

The Textures of Sartoriale
Part 1.
Milan_001_20200124-5_3000px90q.jpg

Our latest photoshoot was all about lovely winter textures put together in true SARTORIALE style. We love the warm camel shade of this Castangia sportcoat, it looks great with a wool tie and basically all types of trousers.
