I'll be in Naples this Saturday and will ask him if he's available.
He hasn't responded to my last 1.5 months of emails, which has me frustrated since I've been waiting since June for alterations on my first trouser order. If anyone else has received email communications from him since mid-July, please let me know by PM.

They probably took a long summer break (common in Naples) and are back in Sep~mid.Sep. Don`t expect much action in Aug, +/- couple weeks.

I'd understand the August break, but he also had all of July to turn this around. His last communication was in mid-July, saying that the trousers would be on their way to me. Reality did not match expectations, and I've received no responses since.
