I have both the black and white high tops and find that both pretty much go with anything, except for maybe the black with blue jeans. And concerning the tongue, it's certainly possible to stick the tongue out, but it's gonna look like you are trying way to hard to let people know how much money you spent on your shoes, and won't look very good, regardless of the logo. Personally, I tie my highs all the way up, and have about half of the 'neck' of the highs under my jeans. Stay classy!

the official webstore has some pretty crappy return policies/customer service

bought a shirt, it went on sale the next day so I contacted them asking if I could be refunded the difference (my size was still in stock) they said no :/

im planning to get the denim jacket.. or any jacket in particular. mr porter says to size up, im usually a medium but they wear size L to their models. you think i should really size up? im not that tall, just 5'8 but not that rail thin either

How much do you weigh? I've found the whole "skinny" thing grossly exaggerated with SLP.

Truth. I had to return mine it was so cropped. The slim thin doesn't bother me, though. It's Hedi Slimane, after all. Just curious, are you talking about the blue denim jacket? If so does the place you are buying it from have any larges or mediums? Or is this just the black denim jacket on the website?

I was talking about the Stone washed denim jacket with the collars, which I tried on at SL. I've also tried on the dark denim and found it to be a hair roomier, but still just as cropped, however, ive never actually seen a denim jacket that wasn't slightly smaller anyway. I was contemplating picking up the non collar as well but I just can't get into denim jackets.

I have the stone washed denim shirt and I went true to size with that and it fits perfectly. I tried the black denim shirt on before and sizing up just doesnt work on them.
Side note, I ordered the black and white wool varsity, which I also tried on in store and thats pretty cropped as well, but thats sort of the point and doesn't look so bad because the rest of the fit is spot on. should be good for summer.

Thats the one! There is also a navy / black one which is really cool, but the white really pops.
That pic is a good shot that shows just how cropped it is. You can tell on the model it sits just above his waist line.

Everything SLP is cropped, especially their leathers.
