then dont blow it on ben sherman and creative recs much better entry level options that are less gawdy. the prices for those items are for the label (for some reason popular in the mainstream) not for looks or quality ... hed be far better off with a pair of generic surplus, superga, vans or any other number of decent low priced trainers. and peacoats can kop from any navy military store ...

RKD is spot on. You can get quality items on a small budget that aren't Creative Recreations (terrible quality shoes, trust me). If you're just into what the trend is at the moment without regards to quality, than you should probably find another forum. It's not about being a pretentious, self-righteous, materialistic dbag.
