The entire FW12 selection is online (only one shipment). While not a large order, it includes many of the key pieces from this season (IMO).

Whether it's the seller's "fault" or not, it's still his responsibility to ensure delivery. Totally reasonable to open a case. The sell could have either properly insured himself or decided that he didn't wish to take the risk of shipping the item to make the sale.

Yup. I just had to dole out a refund in the $90 range to a guy who says he never received the package. He's only in Canada, so I found the claim sketch, but since I had no tracking information, I didn't have much choice.

I ship at least a couple of things to other countries every week and over the course of 10 years, have had only a handful of packages vanish and they've been mostly to destinations such as Italy and Greece, which are known for such wonderful mishaps.

The aforementioned incident is very recent, so I'm still hopeful that maybe the package will get dropped back my way, since the would-be recipient mentioned that's happened to a couple of packages he was supposed to get.

Crusades, I think. He grew tired of the quiet of the desert and had a craving to look upon the works of man. He traveled north, working his head and hands into the earth and the fabric of the history he tread upon. He has left the kasbah behind in body, yet not in spirit, and desires always to broaden his own horizons. He cannot entirely let go of his past, but neither is he caught up in it, instead letting it wash over him and gently push him forward, like waves casting living wood onto the beaches of a foreign land.
