Exciting! Seeing Zizolfi myself in about 5 weeks and will use some of your commissions as reference.

Meanwhile, a recent Liverano fitting:

With so many ‘delicious’ selections of funky patterns, it was really hard for me to stick with building a wardrobe and ordering basic staples at the first meeting with Liverano. I’m glad I did. Now I can move on to the more fun stuff though.

Here’s my latest order - a navy/ moss gun check to be worn with lemon-yellow trousers. Fitting in Florence in March.

Apologies if this is the wrong thread but I figured people here would have experience.

I want to have a few pairs of wool pants made in shades of dark gold or mustard, burnt orange, emerald green, lilac, and royal purple. I’ve used Luxire before but they really don’t have the colors I’m looking for.

Can anyone recommend an online business I can send my measurements to and have them make wool trousers for me? I’d like to spend $300 per pair and have less than a three month turn around. Any help or advice would be much appreciated

You can try collaro.co They have at least 1 purple tweed and a few greens.

Lurked on the borders of this thread for the longest time, first time posting - so here goes. Second fitting of a vintage powder pink tweed from Huddersfield; tailor is in Beirut, Lebanon. Only issue was the side pockets which were a tad (1.5 cm) higher than they should be; will be corrected.

I have a general question for everyone who does bespoke tailoring: how many tailors do you have? And how often do you commission from each tailor?

Ive used 3.
1. Huntsman in NYC- 2 suits
2. Cifonelli- 1 suit
3. Sartoria Gallo NYC/Eric Jensen- 2 suits

I don’t commission that often because I don’t wear suits that often. I can’t be like Kirby Allison, Simon Crompton, or Hugo Jacomet and try every tailor you can think of.

Really, the only tailor I still want to try would be Camps de Luca. I would also like to do another Cifonelli but it’s too much of a hassle to fly to NYC for fittings for either Parisian tailor.

Three for suits/sportscoats, one for trousers, two for shirts
