Fuji, that's the first fit I've liked from you. I think you have a tendency to be a bit too... label based... where you think that just having an expensive item/s means it will look good on its own. Consequently, you've had some very boring and tiresome looks. But this is very clean. I think the scarf pulls it together nicely.

Aeglus - Some good advice in your post. I only wear wool ties (or maybe a 60s tie) with jeans, and both have to be slim / skinny. Easy to get shirts taken in, and it makes a huge improvement as long as the shoulders aren't too big, and the sleeves not too loose. You are spot on about dark shirts - strictly for casual patterns. Dark dress shirts look shite, and double shite with a tie.
