When I cut my hair last time I accidentally cut it too short so yes it is growing out. When I get back from Paris I think I am going to dye the top section again black.

Actually I think they are just jealous they aren't tall enough for this. I guess one could cut it but I'm 6'2" and you really can't be any shorter without it dragging (yes, it's fine w/o the wedges).
