About time. Can't wait to watch in action how the playoff system ends up being no less controversial than the prior way of picking a national champion. That and some awesome football games, fans and stadiums.

Also, congrats to Georgia State on having a better record than last year.

There's only one undefeated team. That team leads in points scored and has fewest points allowed. If they don't lead a stat they're second. I think we know what's the best team in CFB.

To put this win in context, it was our first home win in 1013 days. And I left at half time. In fairness to me, my date suggested we leave so... you know... two once-in-a-lifetime things occurred (GSU wins and...Edina got the girl)

I want so badly to engage in my traditional trolling of Ed, but I just can't help but be happy for him.

Plus, picking on him the day after GSU won a game and he got the girl just feels wrong. It would be like cussing Halley's Comet as it passed by Earth.

Preferred South Carolina to A&M on this one but not really passionate about either team. What a way for one's first start to go re: the A&M QB.

Yeah, I kind of feel the same way. It hurts Georgia, too, because even if we put the hurt on SC in a couple weeks, the Cocks being beaten so badly this week takes some of the shine off a potential UGA win.

On a happier note, I think I just scored a free ticket to tomorrow's UGA game! The person offering it always has fantastic seats, too, like third-row, 50-yard-line fantastic.

And it's Saturday. Looking forward to watching my Wildcats (hopefully) beat Cal, and then watching Clemson vs. Georgia and Wisconsin vs. LSU.
