Cordovan indeed seems rather problematic, perhaps this is why they dropped Horween in the end.

I think it is quite difficult to work with. Sure it is prone to splitting during the lasting process of something

Exactly the same last I think , 4497s so should fit exactly the same.

Leather type may play a variable part. The hatch grain you’ve got are supposed to be super water tight. I’ve a Bourton in it..will fish it out!

Same here, I sold mine for a song to my brother as his has duck feet!

Don’t think so. The kudu ones I have I’m sure are a 5. They may be available as a 6.

Some on trickers website in a 6 fitting so must be an option.
