If you click on the two greens you can see which is the twill and which the more waxed. Both look great

having a tough time narrowing down possible choices for the Eidos MTO:

MCHA9/480 - Tessilnuova - forest green casentino wool
MCH99/811 - Lanificio di Pray - Outerwear weight water repellent tonal gray herringbone windowpane looks like an interesting option
MCH2N/950 - Lanificio di Pray - SC weight wool/silk tonal gray basketweave

I'm all over the place ...

I'd order the jacket and assume you'll win back the cost. That seems like responsible gambling.

come on...Jacket will mean no difference to your trip. And if you win and the fabric is gone you are going to be even more upset

    James Grose Leather MTO

There is a lot to unpack here, so bear with me. I'll try to keep things as simple as possible in this SF post, as the bulk of the information is on the order pages.

What you need to know before you begin:

    • Three styles: "Manila" double rider, "Kansan" band-collar double rider, and "Clubman" cafe racer
    • Sizes from 34 to 46, although we only have measurements from 36 to 44 for each of the three styles.
    • Two horse options - the two that we already have.
    • Two cow suede options - the two that we already have.
    • Two soft lambskin options
    • Nine cow leather options of various colors and types
    • Many, many linings including tartans, quilted ones (!) and sherpa (!!)
    • Some of these leathers are very limited in quantity (for example the colorful cow leather options are limited to 3-4 pieces at most) but we'll keep things updated as to what is no longer available.

We're keeping pricing very simple, with half now and half later. The horse and cow are the same price, and the suede and lambskin are the same price. Be sure to use code PREORDER15 for 15% off your pre-order.

Click here for the horse or cow order page, and click here to see swatches

Click here for the suede or lambskin order page, and click here to see swatches

Some food for thought from the JAGROSE lookbook but I'd love to hear what you guys think would be a good makeup.

Brown horse clubman with quilted lining? Brown suede kansan with sherpa lining? Blue lambskin Manila?

For Sartoria Formosa suits, is 46R the smallest size available?

For pre-orders, you can order 44R (or 44S or L)

The size chart should help - we don't stock 44R or 44S sizes so I don't have any that I can measure for you.

As you can see, a 44R would typically have about 98cm chest measurement (pit to pit), 44cm shoulders (point to point) and 75cm length (from bottom of collar). There's always variance, of course, as these are all cut by hand not with an industrial press or laser cutting machine.

A short would be 2 to 2.5cm shorter than the regular

    Great, thanks!

Last question: The navy fresco suit shows spalla manica a camicia for the 2-piece but spalla cadente morbida for the 3-piece on the website. Is that correct or is it an error?

It's an error - it should say regular shoulders everywhere (it's a restock of an existing style)
