Haven't bought a running shoe in a decade, so sorry if I'm ignorant.

I'm used to wearing slip ons so the Vapormax laceless has caught my eye. Does it work as a running shoe or is it only good for walking?

I kinda like the olive women's color way (edit: clay green apparently) - anything comparable for men? I also saw a multicolor one - is that long gone?

I don't know how the sneaker game works in terms of how quick things sell out/what's hyped/what's not:etc.

Edit: is Moc the term i should be using to search for the laceless models?

Moc is not used on most of laceless models. But in vapormax that is the case. However if you have ambition to run just a little more than just quick jog to the supermarket look at any serious running models like Pegasus or Zoom Fly. VaporMax is more of a lifestyle shoe and I highly recommend to not get them as a running shoe, but buy them if you need a relaxed weekend all around shoe if you really like them.
