So, should we expect better price reductions/sales around Christmas and the New Year, or is this Cyber Monday pricing about as good as we can expect for the year?

Honestly I think everything that Yoox does is so data driven that there's no real point speculating about site wide discounts etc. If the items you've been watching for a while are still available with decent stock left + sizes, it would most likely be a safe assumption that in the next round of sales they'll be reduced as much or maybe more.

So the question is do you think the items you're watching would sell at this price, and will still be around in a month or so? For more unique/coveted items, Yoox tends to surprise me with people buying at prices higher than I expect, so I've learned to err on the side of caution for some stuff that I really want.

After the Cyber Monday sale was supposed to have ended this morning in the US at 10:30 Eastern Time, I noticed that items still in my Shopping Cart remained at the sale pricing for awhile. Did anyone else notice that?

Yoox price adjustment for defect?
I just received a wool Drummer Blazer from YOOX which has a hole in the side. However, I really like the sweater and would take it to my tailor to fix. Has anyone ever requested a price adjustment from YOOX for a defective product that they wanted to keep?
Thoughts on the best approach? I am new to the entire YOOX thing, and people here seem to have a lot of xp.

Just to follow up. YOOX CS came back with a percent off that amounts to $20. Not great, but it should cover the tailor.

Something at least...should be able to get that fixed pretty well.

They are taking ages to ship out orders from the weekend.

Yes. I am sure it'll be fixed well enough. The garment is a super soft fabric. Pretty pleased about it as a whole.

Regarding their current shipping times:
The sweater arrived yesterday (28th) from an express order placed on the 22nd, so 6 days for my first express order. My express order from the 24th shipped today and says it'll arrive tomorrow, which would be here with 6 days, while my standard order from the 20th shipped on the 27th and won't arrive until Monday, the 4th for a 14 day total on non express.

Yes, $20 beats a free return in this case, as there was not a second sweater in stock. It would be nice if they also came back with a discount code for a future purchase as well. Has anyone ever received a discount code from CS?

In my experience for defective products Yoox has been consistent with either free return, $ or % price adjustment. I usually suggest a $ or % amount I consider acceptable and wait for their response, but it's probably not that smart as if I were you I would have suggested something less than $20. I've never received a discount code from customer care for any after sale issues, except for replacing a non working code.

You can get a 15% off code by signing up newsletters with a new email address here https://www.yoox.com/project/subscription_northamerica. The auto generated code didn't work so I contacted customer care and received a replacement code.
