Agree with the sentiments about Men's Vogue.
I fear I will regret my subscription. I expect they will have a "style edition" in the future but would prefer every issue be focused in that direction. Other magazines already supply enough copy about murdered minor celebrities, the lifestyles of movie stars, etc.

I contacted mens vogue today, voicing my concerns-- and listed my ideas, noting they should feel free to use them, or give me the opportunity to write the articles for them!

Another addition I just thought of--

+ Denim Nation. an article reviewing premium denim, photos of models offered, and photos showing both an idea in combining denim with sportcoat/ dress shirts, and "as nature intended" streetwear.

I certainly do not think Men's Vogue will last long if they churn out issues like the last 2 issues. They need to step it up and also define who their market well.

Why don't a bunch of SFers take this on? There is sufficient expertise here. Seems perfectly doable.

This reminds me of when I was a videogame addict back in middle school and mailed Nintendo a list of video game ideas I proposed them to make with my permission. They mailed me back a letter thanking me for the ideas but they could not use them for legal reasons.

Really, Foxx the ideas were good, it could be done maybe as a quarterly newsletter for a certain price distributed by email in pdf format. All you need is a group of talented dedicated contributors with contacts, perserverence and some money (not alot though).
