for those in NYC and interested in bespoke at fantastic prices, contact @UrbanComposition now for a personal appointment with traveling tailor from Sicily... the pricing is great and Peter (@UrbanComposition) is involved in the project so I have faith that it will go well.

There are appointments available for Sunday (I met with them today, and commissioned 3 items. If all goes well, I will order more when they return in January)

Any suggestions for an quality Italian jean with some stretch and interesting washes that isn’t low-rise? ( but not Kiton $$$$). Something comfortable for long flights.

Anglo-Italian? I recall their jeans have some stretch or I remember wrong.

Zegna makes some as well. Barneys sale should be an option.

Levis 522 is my favorite long flight jean. Very high rise, slim, and tapered. It came in many different colors and washes, and not all have stretch. They're discontinued but fairly plentiful on eBay, and for cheap, so worth an experiment imo:

I've been wearing Italian Dior Homme jeans that are great, they are pretty skinny though.
