For what it's worth I recently had a pair of trousers made in the washable wool fabric and hate it so much I'll probably throw it out without ever wearing it. It feels and looks like wearing a sheet of plastic.
Huh, that is alarming. I recently posted a question whether or not the washable wool pants would feel like plastic and many did not feel that way. Guess I have to try it out myself.

I know, I saw similar comments before ordering them and even the reviews on Luxire's website are quite positive. Not sure if there's differences between the colors but the khaki fabric I received is very unappealing.

Would you mind posting a picture of how they look on you?

I have 3x pairs. They’re ok in my eyes to pair with a sportcoat/blazer for a regular day/travel but they tend to wrinkle and don’t hold the crease as well as I was hoping. I haven’t tried washing myself and just take them to the local dry cleaner. I personally couldn’t see myself getting a suit made out of the fabric.

Have anyone tried the washable wool suits? It looks like the same material as the washable wool pants.

When buying this suit, is it possible to ask Luxire to copy a pair of pants from an existing order and accordingly, copy a sports jacket from an existing order?
I've had some washable wool pants in earlier patterns of mine and I think they are fine. To me, as long as the weather is not too hot, they are totally a-ok as a frequent wear fabric at a good price point. I never machine washed them and moved on from that pattern, but as trousers I think they are a reasonable option.

I have the ecru undyed heavy twill jeans. It’s a great fabric up until you wash it. Then it becomes unwearable. I think it’s the slight stretch material content that causes it to shrink.

@luxire - I would love it if you had a similar fabric without any stretch.

Ugh...right before reading this, I just ordered the Ecru Undyed Heavy Twill Jeans as my very first Luxire order ever. Did they shrink all over or just in length? I did give myself an extra 2" in the inseam, but didn't size up elsewhere.

Also, did you put them in the dryer?

I've had a few go-arounds with various online MTM, with some great experiences and definitely some bricked purchases. I hope these ecru jeans aren't a total fail.

They shrunk all over, very annoying. I don't think they ever saw the inside of a dryer.

It seems like the Timo spreadsheet is dead. Was anyone able to download it or would anyone mind linking to the new spreadsheet by chance (if there is a new one, that is)?
