Correct, a US/Canada 9 men shoe size will be the equivalent of a EU 43 men shoe size. Sneaker or not isn't relevant. Now, there might be some variation depending on last and manufacturer.

im asking for Kent Wang specifically, because sometimes it varies like I have a pair of reebok sneakers that are described 9,5 & 42.5

Ah ok, then I'm sorry I can't be of any help, I only bought his black plain toe balmorals. Though his white sneakers are tempting.

Quick question. The KW MTM pants all seem to suffer from messy back legs in photos. Does anyone have any insight as to why that is. My tailor has never pointed out the issue when ive taken them in for a tappering. I notice, when standing in my mirror, if i kind of stand perfectly straight(locked knees) they lay flat. Could this just be an issue of not standing properlly when taking pictures. I ask because im about to order another and may adjust the pants based off responses.

I know how to fix this for sure. Play around with your front and back rises. If you make your front rise longer than your back, the pants should fall much more nicely from your buttocks to your legs. The back rise, front rise, and thigh circumference will be key to a clean fit. Done properly, you should be able to remove all creases at the back legs. I played around with these three factors and I have no creases with KW pants.

Examples that will cause the wrinkles at the back legs:
1. Thigh is too tight - Cloth sticks to your thighs, bunching up around.
2. Back rise is too high - Extra cloth exists between your butt and your thigh. They bunch up.

I got my MTM suit a couple of days ago. The fit is very good. But I found a scratch on the fabric, about two inch long, near the chest pocket. Is this normal? Thank you.

Quick question. So im good with my tigh and front rise measurements but still have a touch of bunching. Are you suggesting i have Kent adjust the back rise by like -.5cm?

I think that should help. Just be careful as shortening the back rise significantly will end up causing the front of the trousers to be closer to the legs. This will detract from the clean fall of the material at the front. It's all about the balance.

Oh, and make sure you're wearing the pants at the right height... I find that many guys like to wear them at the hips, which is another cause of the bunching.

Did you contact Kent?  Their customer service is pretty good....may have better results than SF.

I just got an email from Aaron. He offered $50 refund. It is not about money. I just hate owning a brand new suit with a small defect on it. Not sure what to do now. I really like the fit.
