3 miles last night and some kettlebell exercises. I got a 40 pound kettlebell with some "wellness points" from work as I figured I should do some sort of weight exercises a few days a week and it would be hard to commit to a gym.

5 miles with the dogs at marathon pace (8:37/mile). Temps were in the low 80s to upper 70s.

don't know why it was 1:00 slower than my recent runs, I guess i kicked it up from 7.7 to 8.0 later than i usually do.

Hardball with Chris Matthews makes good treadmill watching, have loved that guy since college though I must say his man crush on Bobby Kennedy has gotten weird lately

4 miles with the dogs at a glacial pace. I think my lethargy has to do with the extra humid conditions this afternoon. At least I missed the thunderstorm heading our way!

5 miles with the dogs on sore legs. The home renovation projects are kicking my butt.

Temps around 70 (with 70% humidity) and a light rain. I was skirting the edge of a thunderstorm, so I saw some lightning flashes a few miles off.
