5.4 miles last night. Had a terrible head ache that running somehow made go away. Weird how that happens.

Work related headaches often go away on a run.

2 miles @15:50, 3/4 miles sprint @ 5 mins + 400m sprint at 1:18. There were a few breaks in between each run

Yesterday was my 9-year running anniversary. I didn't run. Since I've struggled to get my shit back together, I'm trying a different strategy this time. I'm cycling to build my cardio back up since I can ride for an hour and right now I can't run for an hour.

At least you are doing something SB! Congrats on the anniversary. I guess I have always been a runner...I can remember cross country in middle school though I have fallen in and out of love with running through the years.

Today I got in 6.2 miles on flat ground today. Felt effortless compared to the normal rollers.

    Happy runiversary, @sugarbutch !

I can’t tell you when I started running, but I ran my first 10k at age 9, in 1985... I’m taking today off, because I’m exhausted.

I wish that I'd started running when I was younger. I'm not having any luck persuading my boys to run, either.

3 sluggish miles with the dogs. The air quality is crap thanks to all the wildfires.

10km without the dogs (they spent five hours at daycare today). Temps in the mid 80s with lousy air quality. I still managed to hold an 8:48 pace.

5.9 miles of trail running in 74 degrees apparently, felt more like low 80s... but @47 mins = ~7:50/mile.
