Another 10 miles today, a lot slower though. Hopefully legs will feel fresher tomorrow.

4 miles with the dogs. I’m really over the hot weather. Temps dropped from 92 to 84 while I was running.

My usual 7 miles. I haven't reversed the direction in a while as the water stop is in the perfect place about 5 miles in where a refill on my bottle is welcome.

2 miles in apparently 15 mins (don't know how accurate that is since my average is 8min/mile). Its been about 3-4 weeks since I last ran so kinda confused at my time

5.5 with the dogs with temps in the mid 80s. Running after dinner always slows me down, but whatevs.

6 miles with the dogs in weather that felt like spring in Northern California. Temps in the low 60s with a light rain falling most of the time.

4 miles with the dogs, with two 1/2 mile tempo efforts (7:53 and 7:58 pace for those two sections). I have less than 8 weeks until my half marathon, and training is going pretty well. I do need to start upping the tempo pace stuff and maybe get more hills for my longer runs so the race feels mellow (it has light hills). My goal for the race is to hold a sub 8-minute mile pace, which would knock 72 seconds off of my PR set during the first half of the Avenue Of The Giants Marathon in May 2015.

3.2 miles last night after taking a few days off. I had family in town and just needed a rest.

Fueco - I usually run after dinner which contributes to "slower" times compared to pre-eating runs. I would guess I am in the neighborhood of 30-45secs/mi slower after eating.
