ran 10k this morning as a part of a relay race in 34:40.
Best run i have had in a while... first mile was in 5:23 but felt kinda easy.. felt pretty relaxed and smooth until about 4.5 or 5 miles in and my legs started to feel heavy (sometimes that happens more like 3 miles into a 10k which makes the last half pretty rough), but then once i was a half mile or so fro the finish and knew i was almost done i was able to pick it back up again.

^10k in 34:40 ...wow!

Anyway, I'm the opposite, for me the first 3 miles are usually ******.

5 miles today after a 2 week hiatus ... due to midterms... and the disappointment of earning crappy/mediocre grades across the board...

6 miles this morning. I intended to run only 3 but I was enjoying it too much to stop. A good run on an unexpectedly warm morning.

10 tonight, pathetically, thats my long run for the week.
6.5 on grass barefoot
3.5 in shoes.
Felt really good to run barefoot.

There is a really nice 1000 meeter loop around the athletic fields at my University, so I did 10 loops.

Longish run today (7+) the weather here is ideal for nice long runs!

10 last night.
Knee is giving me some grief but groin seems to be healing up.
Workout tonight and I am thinking about running an all out 1 mile time trial.
