Jeebus, Jeff - that looks like the kind of run that induces tears. Or nausea or vertigo.

Today, a chilly Sunday - ran 8 in 1:00:24 and felt good, except for some tender quads.

9.5 tonight
6 of the miles were dry and fast with nice views of lightning strikes
the last 3.5 were downpour miles.
Glad I wore my back up shoes because they are going to need a few days to dry out . . .

71 miles for the week - which is nice.

This morning, about 3.5 miles. Very cautious footing with a light snow falling. 20 degrees. Not bad considering that, in Chicago, it is 9 degrees this morning.

LOL, my shoes get dry in 2-3 hours...
Nice week there, mate.

I've did an 23k run, on a frosty night. Yesterday was an election day so the streets where in perfect condition for a run.

4 x 1 mile workout w/ 30 seconds recovery. Could not help myself but run tonight after not being able to sleep. Mostly a rest day.
Result: soreness. Still - it was good to push the lungs. Still learning how to work out and do repeats. miles in 5:32/5:41/5:36/5:51.

Polish winter is driving me nuts. Raining and snowing all day + huge puddles and lots of snow around = no running for me.
