Great - I've been thinking about picking up a pair of Newtons myself. Please let us know what you think. Thanks.

5.5 easy miles in em, on a beautiful day...my calves are a bit sore. Its certainly a diff running experience as I usually land on my heel. It will most likely be a long term change, but I'll keep y'all posted. really focused on landing on the balls of my feet for the last two miles.

10.1 miles, 800ft of elevation. an all around great run. didn't break any speed records but still, when those endorphins kick in, it's a feeling like no other.

5.7 in a little under 42. For once my legs didn't feel to fatigued going up some long big hills. Hopefully the weather holds tomorrow and it stays sunny so I can go on a lon run.

7.54 miles. Including intervals. The weather was great today. Last sunday I was in the park with my wife and the whole park was still covered in snow. Today I was in shorts and pissed that I wore a long sleeved shirt halfway into the run and feeling overheated.

15.0 in 1:53. Boston in 6 weeks.

High 40s, shorts and a long-sleeved wicking t-shirt -- nice not to have to wear tights and layers!

Running in the rain is AWESOME, try it?

I feel your pain on the treadmill. It was my only option while out of town this weekend. I chose not to run!
