Jacket - MonsieurPreiss (bespoke) Shirt - MonsieurPreiss (mtm) Tie - Ralph Lauren
PS is a bit explode-ey and also match-ey (even for me), but otherwise a pretty nice look.

Impeccable @upr_crust. Black shoes are the right choice.

I assume this comment is on the posting I made on Friday, not on my posting of this morning, as I am wearing a brown suit today - not a natural match with black shoes.

As it was, I was photographed by my MTM man at Brooks Bros. (whence Friday's suit came), as he wants to upload the shots of the suit (and me in it) to his Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook accounts for his professional life.

Sorry no silky smooth photography :( Here's a work selfie.

1960's Corduroy jacket (thrifted YESTERDAY!), vintage OCBD (thrift), 1930's tie (eBay), J. Crew trousers, AE loafers (ebay)

Haven't been blogging or taking pictures lately because I've been feeling a bit overwhelmed with some stuff, but I hope to get back in my groove soon! I purchased 3 suits for $75 total that I hope to share with you guys as soon as I make the trip to my tailor.

Hope everyone is starting the week well!

Yes sir. On Friday with the three-piece suit.

Something everyone who sells anything should always remember and I.

Brooks Brothers Brooktweed jacket and repp tie, L L Bean red University stripe OCBD shirt, Viyella (45%-55% Made In Scotland) sweater vest, Thomas Pink pocket square, Orvis moleskin trousers, and Allen-Edmonds khaki grain McTavishes.

The always popular Piece-Of-A-Person (with a cookie) picture.

You are one of my favorite posters but, to me, this is a rare miss. The combination of the clear blue striped shirt and the yellow tie (which screams 80's yuppie to me) does not go with the informal suit. All items are nice on their own but they do not mix well together.

Alright, so this weekend, the engagement photos were taken. I normally take atrocious photos, so here are some professional ones. Although difficult to photograph, one of my favorite aspects of my suit from Chris is the way that it moves with me. There are about 200 photos, and every single one of them the collar is adhered to the neck.

Fair call. I'm not entirely happy with it myself and shouldn't have worn it.

That said, I think the right yellow tie can work well. This is what I was going for:
