Interesting point, CM. Never noticed that before, but you may be right. Jacket is unstructured, actually wears a lot like a sweater.

@patliean1 - Welcome! Jacket seems to fit you well from what I can tell. Scale on the shirt & tie might be a little close, and, at least from the picture, the square doesn't really seem to fit in anywhere.

@EliodA
why the jacket is too short? A little short yes, but not to a point where I would consider it too short.

As you say, a little short. To my eyes, the main issue with jc's jacket is that it looks too small overall, throwing the proportions off.

@Cotton Dockers very nice tie and SC. But as already noted, the completely unstructured shoulders don't really flatter you here.

@patliean1 , welcome. Suit seems to fit well and I like the roped shoulders. Overall, I'd tone down on patterns and colours, though. A bit too much going on for my taste. Also, i think a 'normal' wide spread shirt collar would look better than this extreme cut away.

First post here. Decided to wait until I received my suit from a new MTM shop here in Chicago. The usually affair: Full canvas, Neapolitan shoulders, patch pockets. etc.

Outfit Thoughts:
1. The purple in the PS is much more subdued IRL.
2. Yeah my tie is crooked ha.
3. Overall not sure if the patterns and hues 100% work but it's a start

Sunny days ahead!
You, sir, need some new glasses. This shape always "imprisons" the eye. Something larger would make you a lot more open, friendly/better looking.

Very nice! And so much better than your... mmh... private time pose.
Hey dudes, hope all is well.
Up top a very nice fit, just the shoes are too casual, I think.

I think a shirt with a less aggressive collar would look a little bit nicer, but then I have a couple cutaways myself.

Not minding that as much as the contrasting buttonhole.

Tuesday, and a mild day, after a predicted bout of early rain. I've eschewed even the wearing of a hat - it would seem I don't need the insulation this morning.

Happy Spring.

Suit - Paul Stuart/Phineas Cole
Shirt, tie, cufflinks - BB
Braces - Lewin
Shoes - C & J
