On a snowy day, this makes me yearn even more for Panama weather to return... that particular one suits you, by the way (the crown could stand to be just a fraction less tall, perhaps, but the angle makes it difficult to be sure). I'd agree with you and NOBD that choosing hats is tricky and best done in person and with a lot of patience.

The hat as is suits him perfectly. If he so desired he could choose a hat crown that was taller, and it would still be immaculate. It should NOT be any fraction shorter than it is now.

Spoo, i know you aren't a fan of OCBD's but with everything else in the outfit being so "country" you don't think an OCBD would look better?

I know the shirt has a pattern but the collar itself is still very "city."

Now you sound like a crazy person becauseI deleted the second outfit and now there is only one. I was unhappy with the second; not happy with the pants (I have a hard time matching with that jacket), not happy with how wrinkled the sleeves become at the end of the day, and not happy that my shirt sleeve got caught on something.

But just to keep you from sounding like a crazy person:



The jacket is pepper, but it really looks like it needs matching trousers I think. It's a Banana Republic hand-me-down from my dad.

Thanks my friend, you did say it was creased from work all day, so i ignored that part, and enjoyed your tie colour and pattern and width / good tie knot / collar shape, spread and tightness (how it sits on your neck) / experimentation with puffed PS
Thats why i said i liked your outfit(s) oh and the shirt and ti on the other outfit is really nice.So is the PS TBH.

Jacket seems a bit short (and I don't know what to wear with a velvet jacket, but I'm pretty sure it isn't cotton pants). French cuffs are probably too formal with everything else. And burn the socks (but I also dislike "fun" socks, so others here may be fans)
