Looking real good in both outfits Clags, well done!!

Now you sound like a crazy person becauseI deleted the second outfit and now there is only one. I was unhappy with the second; not happy with the pants (I have a hard time matching with that jacket), not happy with how wrinkled the sleeves become at the end of the day, and not happy that my shirt sleeve got caught on something.

But just to keep you from sounding like a crazy person:

The jacket is pepper, but it really looks like it needs matching trousers I think. It's a Banana Republic hand-me-down from my dad.

That jacket needs matching trousers, Claghorn. Do they sell them as separates? It'd make a very nice suit

at 186 it should be rather easy to find fitting clothes. stick to tall slim sizes. 1,84 is the average height for a dutch adult man...

anybody interested in a height chart photomontage à la the usual suspects? starting with foo ending with vaux de la vicomte.

could be fun to see how picking out clothing suitable to your size and proportions matters.

This is an interesting concept, but you'd need honest feedback as to everyone's proper height and weight (height/weight isn't listed in one's profile).

All lined up, I'm sure that we'd all look like a fashion-conscious set of those Russian dolls - from Foo to Spoo to Vaux-le-Vicomte.

I'd be down to getting a complete (head to toe) shot for this. For absent members, we could approximate scale. It would also probably require a dedicated thread. But it would be a very cool project.

I wear this as more of a casual sport coat, but I still feel that the shoulder is too wimpy. Can't decide whether I like this type of shoulder or not. It's too cardigan like.

Sport coat is Borrelli

My first experience was at a Loro Piana double breasted jacket that was unstructured and thats when I decided I hated the shoulders.

The SA told me its supposed to feel like a sweater which it did. Then I saw SF member Victor with a SC made very similarly and it looks awesome with casual outfits. I like it dude!

I very much agree, that's some alain delon 'le samourai' hat-wearing right there. tibor could learn something here.

The hat looks great on the gentleman. With that said I have nothing to learn from him. We have different taste when it comes to hats. I like the very tall crowns with "reverse taper". Our individual taste in hats suit our unique personality.
