Is this an excuse for lumpy shoulders on a $4k custom/bespoke jacket?

Srsly, I'm 5'9" and apparently shrinking as life continues so I'll probably fit into a 5' coffin when that day comes.

All of that previous post aside, I am on the hunt for Spoo-approved blue slax. Picked up a coupla pairs in navy yesterday but nothing in a lighter hue. I remain optimistic.
