1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I love this one. Just the right getup for his age. Not all men dress at their age. I think men, as well as women should be educated in selecting age-appropriate clothing.

That's been your common criticism of Victor's fits; and while I agree with some of them- many of him he's making work - in a very Brit/dandy/creative not conservative office sort of way. The fact that it's so crisply and consistently fit and presented makes it work.

I think the element that often works least is the pocket square though in this case it doesn't bother me. I think the shirt/suiting and tie come together boldly but not clashing, garish or loud.

Strange pairing between a summer suit and contrast collar shirt. I think for that to work you need a bit more contrast of colour somewhere else.

+1. I think you've got the situation covered.

I confess that I generally dislike yellow and gold ties, but you make them look good.

Good luck, Spoo! If the job is actually desirable, I hope you get it.

On my monitor it looks like a light blue shirt and white contrast collar.
